  If I could rate zero I would! I went to this particular location with a friend for his children dental cleanings, I observed so many mistakes made by this office. Three ladies were working the front reception area, all three were extremely rude, I had to ask an assistant/lab tech who the office manager was, and she told me her name was Marlie (or a name very similar to that) and she also pointed her out to me (brown hair sits at the back desk). WOW big surprise she was the rudest of them all, business can not be ran with bad attitudes and this ladies face screamed attitude and her mannerisms as well, ie. rolling of the eyes. I observed ladies just playing on their phones while my friend had his kids' teeth cleaned... and X-ray's were taken. The assistant that he/we had was a lovely lady her name was Ruby, she was VERY pleasant and my friend's sons loved her, she was gentle and explained every step to them, I was sadden when she told us she was a floater, and this was her first time working at this location, she was the best part of our visit. While she was busy with all three kiddos the three ladies playing on their phone(s) did not pitch in to help (I also witnessed some assistants acting snotty towards one another or shall I say bossy), I saw no team work at this office. I just wanted to get out of that office, given we had another appointment scheduled that afternoon... so why is there one assistant to three kids while other workers are not pitching in to make our visit more efficient.? The doctor that we saw was VERY straight to the point and I loved that about him... Walking past the sterilization area was a night-mare! Future patients make sure your instruments, and those little things that you bite down on are sterile! After walking past that area, we were leaving and the area was crowded with employees and Ruby told them, "Excuse us please" and I kid you not, they all stood there like zombies, but Ruby stayed positive and said THANK YOU with a huge smile on her face while making room for our exit. We will not be returning to this location, we will be transferring our records else were... WORST DEPOT EVER! From management to the crew! This crew will need to be re trained on patient care, and how to treat others with respect. I worked as a dental rep for Patterson in my mid twenties... I know a few things about dental offices, so trust me when I say stay away from this office, there are better depots around!

  I have been a patient at Dental Depot for several years and love the staff! I am in every 3 months for cleaning and the staff is consistently concerned for your comfort. They also make sure you understand what any out-of-pocket costs might be. Thank you Dental Depot
