  I was very pleased with the care I received. The Doctor and staff were very caring and took care of my problem. I made the appointment online and there was a very short wait time, maybe 3 minutes. If I need urgent care again, I will plan to go back to this facility.

  Do not waste your money at this clinic just go to your primary doctor. I was not even checked properly. The "doctor" just assumed what I had which is incorrect and bam there went $80 dollars for an assuming check up. I waited for an hour to be seen when only one person was ahead of me.

  I went in today to be seen. The lady who checked me in was nice. The waiting room was clean. Once I made it to the back the P.A came in spoke with me and sat down and based off what I told him he proceeded to diagnose me with out even checking the area in which I came in about. After advising the P.A. that I wanted him to look at the area, he agreed. He went and got the nurse and came back in. He proceeded to blindly examine me. I say blindly because he never looked at area that I was complaining about. He basically asked me to point to the area, he felt and then proceeded again to give me a diagnoses for something he failed to look at. I feel I should be entitled to at least half my money back. I paid $80 For someone to assume what my issues were. I could have "Googled" the issue myself and did what he did. I don't know if I have a cyst, an abscess, etc. The P.A. kept saying "He thinks".....I'm not paying to see someone who "thinks" he knows what the issue is. I'm paying for someone to KNOW, what my issue is after careful examination of me. All I know is I'm out of pocket almost $100 For services that I feel were not rendered properly. Overall, my experience at this facility was below average. I could have went to the E.R. and got better treatment.
