- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have seen Dr. Joseph Nguyen and Dr. Fletcher at this facility. While there is always a wait at any doctor I see, and there are several, it has always been reasonable at Integris Family Care South. I have had nothing but a good experience with both the office staff and the front desk staff. They have always accommodated my requests and been happy to help. The onsite lab is a plus allowing me to not have to drive to DLO for a simple blood test. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever had. He will stop what he is doing and *listen* to me. I have been seeing him for several years, and he has earned my trust. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪December 28, 2016 Typically I don't get involved into reviews, BUT people who value their time need to read this. This is the "second time" this has happened to me at this doctors office. I was scheduled for an appointment at 4:00 pm. Arrived on time, checked in, set in the lobby for a reasonable amount of time and was called back to the smaller patient rooms. Nurse came in, did her inquiries and left. One hour later I'm still setting there waiting on the doctor. No one had the courtesy to open the door and say, "The doctor is running late", or "Are you doing OK?" or any interest in the patient at all. I left the room and advised the ladies at the desk I was leaving. One response was, "I'll tell him". I have gone to this doctor since we moved to OKC. Is it his fault or the fault of the Administrator who is supposed to be over seeing the business operations, or the office manager? Who truly knows, but this time it has cost them this patients business. I would not recommend this office to any of my friends or acquaintances.
