- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When it came time to renew my homeowners policy I received a letter of renewal, but Scott Godwin Insurance failed to tell me about an increase of 25% of over $1000.00+ classic bait and switch techniques. It wasn't until I got my escrow account notification of the increase before I knew anything. I have now switched over to Safe Co. and my homeowners insurance went from $5100.00 to $3200.00.
