- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Dr. Jackson for quite some time. I always found her to be caring and professional. I thought she took time to talk to me and attempted to explain what she was doing and why when it came to my care. I never found her distant. When she was at Deaconess, which is not Alliance I found the staff efficient, at Mercy....not so much. It seems they have too much automation. She is very personable and takes her time to assure that I understand my medical issues and procedures and have all my questions answered . And she personally follows up with me after any procedures or concerns. Soooo caring. Her treatments and diagnosis have always been very professional and accurate.
