- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! Almost every single time I call at minimum they will put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. Anytime I've left a message I very rarely receive a call back. They are rude and don't seem to care about the patients. The only thing I love about this facility is Dr. Marshall. I don't think she is in charge of who works the front so there for isn't responsible for their poor actions. I've been going here for a few years and finally left because of these issues. I will miss Dr. Marshall very much. I'm also on hold as I write this review with this facility. It's been 23 minutes and NOTHING!! I'm only calling for them to fax over my demographic info to my new PCP.January 24, 2017by Rashell Bennett
