- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give 0 stars I would. This office/ it's staff/ and doctors (Dr. Douglas) were the most unprofessional and unhelpful office I have ever went to. It's shame to have so many unhelpful and rude people at one location. As a military family we would hope to be able to receive care and understanding when not having all of the information at one location. Thanks to these VERY disrespectful staff members we would NEVER use any location associated with Deaconess.April 22, 2017by Amber Dongog
