- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After a week of my husband staying at this facility we found out that his medical records were never transferred. It's a suprising that we even ended up at this facility in the first place. But the first thing they did at Deaconess was gather his medical records to send back to Midwest Alliance. A+ on that one. A couple of the nurses were somewhat rude. They walk off while talking to you. And get flustered with you if you ask them any sort of question. Seems like employee moral is low. I don't know. Housekeeping came in the room on two occasions and never cleaned anything or emptied the trash.February 26, 2017by April Wood
