  I went in to this place to have my left abdominal side checked out as I had some pains. Place that I went prior to this place told me that after ultra sound exam CT scan is needed, because ultra sound came back fine. I went in and talked to the doctor which told me that they need to schedule the CT scan for me ASAP. After 10 days I received the phone call from the CT scan place in Oklahoma City, which told me to come in and have it done. I finished it, and that was February 25th, which will be almost the full week. I did confirm with the CT scan place that it takes just 24-48 hours for my primary care physician to receive the results and call me back. I called the place finally this morning and someone told me to call later, as nobody is there until 9, and didn't even try to ask me for the callback number. So I called again and I was told that nobody is there, as everybody is at lunch until 1:30PM and this time they took my phone number so someone can call me after lunch. This place is totally not professional, they don't care for any new patients too as I can see. I was about to have my entire family here in case we needed anything, but I will go there just if it is the last family doctor in Oklahoma City area - and maybe not even then! Shame! What a shame!
