  Dr. Swan and his team are hands down the best dental practice my family and I have ever been to! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable in a place that can typically feel quite the opposite. When it comes to your particular dental needs, Dr. Swan treats you as if you were his family member, with compassion and honesty. Not trying to sell you something unecessary like a lot of other practices do. If you want to go to the best, Dr. Swan and his team are it!!

  Dr. Swan worked on what he said were two very tiny cavities. When he got done he drilled so deeply that the pain has not gone away after over a year. He actually had to re-drill one of the teeth and put in a new filling, and it still hurts too bad to chew on that side of my mouth. I'm being told I may need a root canal! Now they are claiming I owe them more money a year later that they never billed me for. I have asked to talk to Dr. Swan and he refuses to return my messages. Go somewhere else! UPDATE: Dr. Swan did finally call me back several weeks later after seeing this review. He apologized and explained that the pain that I am experiencing may be caused by "complications" that sometimes happen. He also said he was unaware that I was leaving messages for him with his staff and requesting to speak with him regarding the erroneous bill. The bill has been waived, but I did have to mention to his staff the possibility of filing complaints with the oversight organizations/boards. Dr. Swan was apologetic about all of the trouble. He also offered to help with resolving the issue of the ongoing pain.
