- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was Dr. Mitchell's patient in 2012 after an auto accident. I am currently in a tremendous amount of pain after another accident, and I called on Monday, Feb. 6th to set an appointment. I talked with a general receptionist for a doctors' group who sent me to voicemail. I left my pertinent information, and nobody called within 24 hours. I called back, and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then was disconnected. They did have my phone number. I'm guessing they don't want to deal with a disgruntled patient. Now it is Wednesday, and nobody has called. This doctor obviously does not care about his former patients, or he is too cheap to hire people to simply return phone calls. I'm both angry and disgusted. I would have given zero stars, but it was not an option.September 19, 2017by Erika Greggs
