- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a former Mercy heart patient who tried to get a follow up heart examine. THE OFFICES ARE SETUP SO THAT NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS YOUR VOICE MAILS THEY ASK YOU TO LEAVE. I was tired of this after two weeks and 6 phone calls. I requested copies of my medical records but they never mailed them.
